Rep. Polletta Opposes Legislation to regulate “On Call” Shift Scheduling

Rep. Joe Polletta, ranking member of the Labor Committee, expressed his concerns regarding proposed legislation to regulate “on call” shift scheduling. Despite his concerns, and those of other members, the measure passed out of committee and will be placed on the House calendar.
