Rep. Fishbein Tapes a Segment for Fox Nation’s “Reality Check”

State Rep. Craig Fishbein discussed the First Amendment and the arrests of students for shouting abhorrent words at UConn last year during a taping for a segment on Fox Nation. During a short taping at the Fox61 studio in Hartford, Rep. Fishbein spoke with host David Webb on the “Reality Check” program where they discussed the First Amendment, free speech, current state law, amendments to that law over the years and the possibility of eliminating the law in the future.
