Showcasing the Shoreline – Estuary Magazine

As part of my ‘Showcasing the Shoreline’ initiative to talk with business owners throughout the 23^rd District, I recently met with Dick Shriver, Publisher for “Estuary: Life of the Connecticut River” magazine, his wife Barbara and their son Richard.

The magazine, written by experts in the field, focuses solely on the Connecticut River Watershed, features articles on science and conservation, wildlife, recreation, history, people, and lifestyle. The goal according to Richard, is to convey information to their readers in an easily digestible and eye-catching fashion to fuel ongoing interest and curiosity surrounding the watershed, its history, people and wildlife.
