DURHAM — State Reps. Vincent Candelora and Noreen Kokoruda are hosting a Oct. 30 fraud prevention forum at the Durham Activity Center, where they’ve invited CT AARP Fraud Watch Network to talk about protecting consumers against frauds and scams.
