(HARTFORD) — Today, I was proud to cosponsor and support a bill to study implementing mandatory public comment periods at public meetings. Public comment helps inform the debate process and acts as a check on elected and appointed officials. A great injustice is done when the public’s voices are stifled or silenced because of a lack of a meaningful public comment opportunities. I am thrilled that this proposal passed unanimously and hope that it will help improve transparency at all levels of government

(EAST HAVEN) — Politics and baseball?

It’s not a typical combination, but Rep. Joe Zullo (R-District 99) has merged the two with the help of Minuteman Press.

Zullo created custom baseballs for East Haven Little League and Foxon Recreation Little League opening days. The baseballs are signed by members from both sides of the aisle.
