Connecticut House Republicans questioned various leaders of the majority party during the committee process to identify “dummy bills.” These placeholders are empty pieces of legislation that clear the committee process so that they can be debated in the House and Senate. Language, which is not subjected to the full legislative or public review processes, is inserted into the dummy bills later.

- SB 1274 AN ACT CONCERNING WORKING CONDITIONS.
- HB 6438 AN ACT CONCERNING VETERANS’ AFFAIRS IN CONNECTICUT.
