HARTFORD – State Representative Kurt Vail (R-STAFFORD) testified along with Stafford Resident, Linda Tofolowsky, in support of a provision that would provide financial relief to those affected by concrete crumbling foundations. The bill is currently under further consideration by the Judiciary Committee. The committee has a deadline of Wednesday, April 4th, to act on the legislation in order for it to move to the Senate Floor.
