    Hartford – State Representative Kurt Vail (Somers/Stafford) welcomed several employees of Johnson Memorial Hospital to the Capitol. Hospitals state wide have faced massive cuts to funding and Medicaid reimbursements. Vail has supported the restoration of those cuts in order for JMH to continue providing the highest quality of care to residents of North Central Connecticut.
