STAFFORD – State Representative Kurt Vail recognized Adam Carter, member of Boy Scout Troop 81, for achieving his Eagle Scout. Vail presented an official legislative citation to Carter on Sunday, June 25, 2017. According to the Boy Scouts of America, only about 5 % of boy scouts achieve this rank.
“Adam has made an immediate impact on our community through his work in achieving the honor of becoming an Eagle Scout. I commend him for his benevolent efforts so far, and have confidence that he will continue to make a positive influence on our society for years to come. I wish him the best in his future endeavors” said Rep. Vail.
