STAFFORD – State Representative Kurt Vail (R-52) will be hosting a legislative Coffee & Conversation at the Middle Ground Café in Stafford on Wednesday, July 19 from 7 a.m. – 9 a.m. The purpose of the event is to allow members of the public to pose questions or concerns to Rep. Vail regarding the outcome of the 2017 Legislative Session.
