HARTFORD – State Representative Kurt Vail (R-Stafford/Somers) has earned a perfect voting record for the 2018 Legislative Session. This marks the fourth year in a row that Vail has earned this achievement.
“For the residents of Somers and Stafford, there is no excuse not to participate in Hartford. I view my responsibilities as State Representative with the utmost importance, which is why I always participate when given the opportunity to,” explained Rep. Vail.
Vail currently serves on the legislature’s Insurance and Real Estate, Labor and Public Employees, and Public Safety committees. In addition to his committee assignments, Vail also serves on the Board of Directors to the state’s newly formed captive insurance program, created to help provide financial relief to those homeowners affected by crumbling foundations.
