HARTFORD – State Representative Kurt Vail (R-52) has completed three segments of the Behind the Vail series. Vail recently brought viewers through a tour of Pleasant View Farms, a family-owned and operated business located in Somers, CT. Additionally, Vail met with the Caretakers of Soapstone Mountain to bring attention to the observation tower that has been going through a transition phase, but is expected to re-open in the near future. The tower is located within the Shenipsit State Forest in Somers, CT. Further, Vail explains the benefits of the Stafford Resident Trooper Program located in Stafford Springs, CT.
