WOLCOTT/SOUTHINGTON – State Representative Gale Mastrofrancesco (R-80th) and State Senator Rob Sampson (R-16th) will hold Town Hall Meetings to discuss their constituents’ top priorities for the upcoming legislation session, which begins in early February.
