BRISTOL – Rep. Joe Hoxha (R-78th) joined Rep. Cara Pavalock-D’Amato to raise funds for in-need residents by recently collecting for the Salvation Army at the Bristol Stop & Shop. 
The Bristol delegation stopped by the store and rang the bell for a good cause to help make the fundraising event a success. HARTFORD – The Prescription Drug Discount Card Program launched in Connecticut on Oct. 2, enabling residents to save a lot on prescription drugs through a partnership of states that leverages buying power and lowers costs.
For instance, using the card, the cash price of Omeprazole would be reduced from $93.01 to approximately $12.27. Other prescription drugs are eligible for similar discounts.

BRISTOL – Rep. Joe Hoxha joined school officials and teachers, along with Bristol Mayor Jeff Caggiano, for the ribbon cutting of the Edgewood Pre-Kindergarten Academy in Bristol.
The new program, housed in Edgewood Elementary School, will bring together hundreds of district pre-kindergarten students into the same building to consolidate learning and instruction. Rep.
