Rep. Hoxha Joins in Celebration of Bristol Assisted-Living Home Awarded Best Family-Owned Business of 2024

BRISTOL – Rep. Joe Hoxha, R-Bristol, recently joined in celebrating the Shady Oaks Assisted Living home as the U.S. Small Business Association’s Family-Owned Business of the Year in Connecticut for 2024.

Rep. Hoxha was on hand with Mayor Jeff Caggiano, Sen. Richard Blumenthal and SBA District Director Catherine Marx for the presentment of an awards citation to Owner & Director Tyson Belanger whose family has worked to create a warm and home-like feeling to Shady Oaks for its dozens of residents.

Rep. Hoxha also signed a citation from the Connecticut General Assembly that marked the occasion.
