HARTFORD – On Wednesday, the Connecticut General Assembly convened to begin the 2023 legislative session. State Rep. Charles Ferraro (R-117) was sworn in to begin his sixth legislative term representing the 117th District.

Opening Day ceremonies at the State Capitol in Hartford included swearing in for state senators and representatives, oaths of office for constitutional officers, and the governor’s inauguration.
