HARTFORD – Students from Torrington Christian Academy were at the Capitol on Wednesday, February 21. The group, comprised of 4th and 5th graders, toured the entire Capitol Complex, including the Legislative Office Building. The group had the opportunity to observe legislative meetings and met with State Rep. Jay Case in the House Chamber. Rep.
