HARTFORD – On Wednesday, January 6th, the Connecticut General Assembly convened for the 2021 legislative session.
“This Opening Day was unlike any other and although our methods of communicating may be different, the people’s business must continue, ” said Rep. Carpino. “We need to focus on helping the people of Connecticut recover and move forward. I am humbled that the people of Cromwell and Portland have given me the opportunity to serve as their voice at the Capitol, and look forward to the hard work ahead of us.”
Representative Carpino serves as the House Republican Caucus Chair and is a member of the Government Administration and Elections, Public Health, Legislative Management and Regulation Review Committees.
