It’s your chance to be heard!

The Reapportionment Committee announced that it will hold four public hearings this month ahead of the work to redraw district lines for congressional, state senate, and state representative districts.

Three of the hearings will be in-person events and one will be held virtually. Anyone can participate in each of these hearings—it doesn’t matter where you live.

    Here’s the schedule:

    ➡️ Hartford Public Hearing
    Wed., Sept. 8 @ 7 p.m.
Legislative Office Building, 300 Capitol Ave.

    ➡️ Norwich Public Hearing
    Thurs., Sept. 9, 2021 @ 1 p.m.
Norwich City Hall Building, 100 Broadway

    ➡️ Shelton Public Hearing
    Monday, Sept. 13 @ 1 p.m.
Shelton City Hall, 54 Hill Street

    ➡️ Virtual Public Hearing
    Tues., Sept. 14 @ 7 p.m.

Visit cga.ct.gov/red to learn how you can have your say at either the hearings or by simply writing to the committee by e-mail.
