HARTFORD — State Rep. Christie Carpino participated today attended “Business Day,” an event sponsored by the Connecticut Business & Industry Association that attracted hundreds of business owners and their employees to the Capitol. Carpino sought out business owners from her district and encouraged employers to help change the culture in Hartford, where a majority of legislators, through mandate after mandate, have turned Connecticut into a state considered unfriendly to business.
