Rep. Christie Carpino tackled a variety of topics in two recent office hours sessions, one in Cromwell and the other Portland. In her Cromwell stop, at the Belden Library, the state’s financial picture was the issue on just about everyone’s mind. While at the Portland Library, Carpino listened to constituent concerns about not only the budget, but also the Arrigoni Bridge project and the re-opening of the Kleen Energy plant.
