I am extremely disappointed in the legislature’s proposed state budget put forward yesterday. It continues the bad budget practice of borrowing money the state does not have to pay for ongoing government expenses. The state needs to stop this obsession with spending. Shifting huge portions of government operating expenses to the state’s credit card is unacceptable.
