STATE CAPITOL, HARTFORD- State Rep. Christie Carpino meet with the owners of Willowbrook Spirit Shoppe in Cromwell, both Cromwell residents.
The owners of Willowbrook were at the State Capitol to testify against HB-6361, An Act Concerning Fair Alcohol Pricing. They will submit testimony that the proposal will negatively impact their business and other small mom-and-pop shops, seeing their profit margins shrink, and lead to less choice for customers.
