    The Town of Cromwell Youth Services Department in conjunction with the Cromwell Human Services
    Department is accepting pre-registration for our 2013 Back-To-School Program. Each year, with the
    assistance of the Salvation Army, local Civic Organizations, Businesses, and residents, we are able to
    provide backpacks and payless shoe voucher to many of our low-income families.
