CROMWELL- State Rep. Christie Carpino celebrated opening day at the 2013 Travelers Championship today on the 1st Tee Box of the TPC River Highlands. The Travelers Championship is the largest sporting event in the state of Connecticut and calls Cromwell home.
Carpino applauded the annual golf championship, “As a Cromwell resident, I am proud our town is home of this event and how it brings out the spirit of community throughout the Greater Hartford Region.
