HARTFORD- For a third consecutive year, State Representative Christie Carpino (R-32) has earned a one hundred percent voting record for all roll call votes taken on the floor of the House of Representatives during the 2013 Regular Session. The House Clerk’s Office released the data on members’ votes this week.
“The people of Cromwell and Portland put me in office to represent them in Hartford. I take great pride in fully my duty to the people by casting every vote during the session. This was a very busy and challenging legislative session with a number of complex issues being addressed including reforming Connecticut’s mental health system, gun violence and debate over state budget and the gas tax,” said Carpino.
Carpino has earned perfect attendance each of the three years she been the legislator for Cromwell and Portland.
The next regular session of the legislature will convene in February 2014.
