    MIDDLETOWN — Rep. Christie Carpino on Tuesday evening helped honor a U.S. Marine Corps sergeant injured during his fourth deployment overseas. Carpino gave Sgt. Carlos Evans a special citation from the state legislature. Check out this story in the Middletown Press.
