MIDDLETOWN — Christie Carpino held office hours here tonight at Stonycrest Towers, where residents talked to their state representative about issues such as medicare and social security as well as a nearby bus stop that’s in need of an awning. Carpino, elected in November, has held similar sessions in the other communities she represents: Cromwell and Portland. Middletown Mayor Sebastian Giuliano stopped by Carpino’s outreach session, talking to folks about topics such snow removal in the city.
