Ackert Joins UCONN for Legislative Visit

(GROTON) — Today, I had the pleasure of joining the University of Connecticut (UCONN) at the Avery Point campus for their 2023 Legislative Visit, alongside fellow legislators from across the state.
We celebrated the many strong contributions UCONN and UCONN Health make to our state and local communities, while diving into how their programs positively impact us in the 8th House District. A special thank you to all who attended and to Annemarie Seifert, Director of UCONN Avery Point!
Thank you for your commitment to providing affordable, quality education to students throughout the state and in our local communities and I will continue to support affordable education in Hartford.
