Ackert Celebrates “Read Across America Week”

(COVENTRY, LEBANON) — In honor of “Read Across America Week”, State Representative Tim Ackert (R-8) visited and read to students at Coventry Grammar School and Lebanon Elementary school alongside State Representative Mark DeCaprio (R-48). Each year, Read Across America is celebrated beginning March 2nd, in remembrance of Dr. Seuss’ birthday.
Ackert said, “Thank you to our hardworking teachers, staff, and bright students who always make this a wonderful experience! I am proud to see reading continue to be an essential part of our children’s education and can’t wait to come back soon.”
