Zullo Agrees: Unwarranted Subscription Renewals Are Unfair

(HARTFORD) — Yesterday, I voiced my strong support for a bill that would require businesses to notify consumers of automatic renewal agreements, upcoming charges, and how to opt-out of these continuous subscriptions. We passed HB 5314 last night because it is a pro-consumer bill that makes our lives easier.
