    Dear Friends and Neighbors,
    On Veteran’s Day, Middlesex Hospital will be holding a Veterans Health Fair to honor veterans with lung cancer screenings. Current and former smokers may qualify for a free screening CT scan. Please share the details below with any veterans that you know.
