North Haven legislator, Dave Yaccarino recently held his November ‘Coffee with Your Legislators’ at McDonald’s.

At McDonald’s, North Haven residents discussed various state policies, the issues that may shape the 2016 legislative session, and how these measures will affect area businesses and residents, as well as any other issues that are of concern with State Representative Dave Yaccarino (R-North Haven).

“It is always a pleasure to meet with North Haven residents to listen to their concerns regarding state policies such as taxation and discuss ways in which we can improve the job climate here in Connecticut,” said Rep. Yaccarino. “It is very apparent that we need transparency in state government; Democrats and Republicans must work together to develop good policy. As legislators, we work for the people and I am happy that Republicans will finally have a chance to work together to develop a budget that is best for the people of Connecticut.”

The North Haven legislator listened to the concerns of residents and also talked about ideas for possible legislation as the 2016 legislative session will convene this February.
