Rep. Yaccarino, Joins Veterans in a Peaceful Rally

Rep. Yaccarino, leading Republican on the legislature’s Veterans’ Affairs Committee joined veterans in a peaceful rally outside the Capitol on April 15. Members of the rally gathered in opposition of Governor Dannel P. Malloy’s cuts of over $469,000 to the state Military Department’s Honor Guard, which provides military funeral honors for veterans of the armed forces.
