Representative Dave Yaccarino (R-87) achieved a perfect record for votes cast on the floor of the state House of Representatives during the 2019 legislative session.

Representative Yaccarino was present and voted for all 392 votes taken on the state House floor during the 2019 session, according to voting record data released last week by the House Clerk’s Office. Perfect attendance is very difficult to achieve, with only about 26 percent of legislators able to do so this year.

“Being present for every single vote cast on the floor of the House of Representatives is part of ensuring that I effectively represent the views and concerns of the people of North Haven. This year, I once again received a perfect voting record during the legislative session, which is proof of my commitment to serving the 87th General Assembly District,” said Representative Yaccarino.

Yaccarino, a House Republican Whip, serves on the Commerce, Veterans’ Affairs, Executive and Legislative Nominations, Finance, Revenue & Bonding and Screening Committees in the General Assembly.

The next regular session of the legislature will convene in February 2020.
