In North Haven: Yaccarino, Fasano Update Residents

NORTH HAVEN – North Haven residents attended an October 1 “Coffee with your Legislators” event at McDonald’s hosted by Rep. Dave Yaccarino and Sen. Len Fasano.

The state lawmakers provided an update to North Haven residents, including the convening of the legislature for a special session on Wednesday, September 28 to debate the $220 million dollar corporate aid package negotiated by the Malloy Administration to Lockheed Martin, which owns Sikorsky Aircraft.

Yaccarino and Fasano addressed other key issues pertaining to the fiscal health of our state and took questions from taxpayers.

Both lawmakers thanked area residents for attending the meeting and urged the community to continue to feel free to contact them regarding any issue.

“Coffee with your Legislators” is held in North Haven on the first Friday of every month at the McDonald’s, located at 129 Washington Avenue from 8 – 9:00 a.m.
