Photo: Today, State Representative Steve Weir (R-55) visited Mrs. Hopkins’ fifth grade class from Andover Elementary School to speak with the students about his role and responsibilities, his experiences as a new state representative, the legislative process, and other topics related to state government.
“It was truly a pleasure to have been invited to speak with the students from Andover Elementary School and highlight the role state government plays in their lives,” Rep. Weir said. “I was really impressed with their knowledge and overall interest in what goes on at our State Capitol.”
