    2025 Veterans Stand Down

    2025 Veterans Stand Down

    For any active, reserve, or retired veterans and/or their families looking for assistance with applying for benefits, in need of medical screenings and similar programs/services, the Dept. of Veterans Affairs will be holding their annual Stand Down event THIS Friday.

    The event will run from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and the closest location to our area is the Norwich Easter Seals Veterans Rally Point located at 24 Stott Ave.

    If you need assistance with transportation, it will be provided free by DOT. For a list of pickup locations, click here.
