Marlborough to Receive $2.3M LOTCIP Grant

As part of the Local Transportation Capital Improvement Program (LOTCIP), Marlborough will receive $2,327,716 for Phase 3 of the South Main Street rehab project. This includes improving drainage and repaving South Main Street.

These funds, which provide state dollars in lieu of federal funds to assist municipalities with important infrastructure projects.
