Rep. Veach to Host Listening Forum on Juvenile Crime

Forum Designed to Hear from Residents and Discuss Meaningful Solutions

BERLIN Towns and cities throughout the state have been affected by the rise in automobile thefts, valuables stolen from motor vehicles, and other property related crimes committed mostly by juveniles. For many homeowners and property owners, these crimes are personal with many feeling like their voices aren’t being heard. This forum is an opportunity to listen to them, hear their concerns, experiences, and answer any questions they may have on this issue.

WHERE: Berlin High School, 139 Patterson Way

 WHEN: Monday, October 18TH at 6:00 p.m.

The event will also feature State Representative Craig Fishbein, Ranking Member of the legislatures Judiciary Committee who will discuss the House Republican’s six point plan to tackle juvenile crime.
