Vail Rings Bell for Salvation Army

SOMERS – State Representative Kurt Vail (R-Stafford) recently rang the bell for the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle campaign outside of the Dunkin’ Donuts in Somers. Rep. Vail has participated in this annual, community tradition for several years.

“The Salvation Army helps many families in need throughout the entire year. The Red Kettle campaign is a wonderful way in which you can help out locally. The vast majority of proceeds will be distributed within our communities and will have an incredibly positive impact. For those of you who I didn’t see last week, you can continue to find Red Kettles out in front of local retailers in both Somers and Stafford through the holiday season,” stated Rep. Vail.
