Behind the Vail: Stafford Cidery

Have you ever wondered what it takes to craft hard cider? I had the opportunity to visit Stafford Cidery in beautiful downtown Stafford as part of my “Behind the Vail” series. This series is dedicated to highlighting the local businesses of the 52^nd District.

Dan and Jodi opened the cidery 7 years ago, and it has since grown into a local landmark. I appreciated the time they took out of their schedules to show me how they craft their cider. To achieve a variety of flavors, certain ingredients are added during the fermentation process. The ciders are then canned with uniquely designed labels. Click here to learn more!
