Rep. Joe Polletta and State Sen. Eric Berthel recently toured the Theraplant medical marijuana facility and spoke with both employees and founder and COO, Dan Emmans.
Theraplant is a state-licensed medical marijuana producer that has been cultivating, processing and packaging medical cannabis and derivative products since 2014. The legislators toured the facility as part of ongoing efforts to reach out to local businesses to get a first-hand understanding of their needs, and to see directly how legislation created in Hartford affects people on the local level.
