State Senator Eric Berthel, Chamber lobbyist Armando Paolino and State Rep. Joe Polletta discussed the 2017 legislative session during the Watertown Oakville Chamber’s Annual Legislative Breakfast held at the Watertown Country Club.
The legislators spoke about the state’s current fiscal position, including the lack of a budget, and how that is impacting municipalities across the state. Other topics of discussion included transportation infrastructure, education spending and the devastating opioid crisis.
