State Reps. Whit Betts (R-78) and Cara Pavalock (R-77) met with local Early Childhood advocates from Bristol, Plymouth, and Terryville at the State Capitol earlier this month during Connecticut Early Childhood Alliance day. The group joined advocates from across the state to voice opposition to various cuts to early childhood programs proposed by Governor Malloy.
