BRISTOL – State Rep. Cara Pavalock recently presented General Sar Phouthasack with an official citation on behalf of the General Assembly for his courageous and selfless service in the Vietnam War.
General Phouthasack fought alongside American troops as a member of the Royal Lao Army and Special Guerilla Unit (SGU) in the Vietnam War.
