I’m happy to announce Connecticut Community Care in Bristol has been awarded a grant through the state’s Nonprofit Grant Program. While not located in the part of Bristol I represent, this organization and the people it serves is an important resource to the Bristol community.
Grants received through this program are used to help support capital projects. This includes – facility alterations, renovations, improvements, and additions; new construction; health, safety, and Americans with Disabilities Act projects; energy conservation improvements; information technology systems; technology that promotes client independence; purchase of vehicles; and acquisition of property.
