Governor Malloy and legislative Democrats have struck a budget deal expected to be unveiled later today that will contain a $200 MILLION INCOME TAX HIT ON THE MIDDLE CLASS, among others.
- That budget will do serious damage to our economy.
- That budget will harm our ability to create jobs and retain jobs in Connecticut.
My Republican colleagues in the House and Senate have advanced a budget that restores critical services WITHOUT RAISING TAXES, and you can count on us to oppose these massive tax hikes. Help us send a clear message to Governor Malloy and Democrats in the legislature.
Please take a couple of minutes TODAY to briefly call their offices and let them know you’ve had enough of their tax hikes.
Please be respectful and courteous, but let them know that you expect them to find a way to have government live within its means.
