State Reps. Whit Betts (R-Bristol, Plymouth) and Cara Pavalock (R-Bristol) applaud Bristol Hospital’s national recognition after receiving ‘magnet hospital’ certification earlier this week.
Betts and Pavalock were among those in attendance at the announcement and celebration of the success of Bristol Hospital who has received the certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Bristol is one of only four hospitals in Connecticut, and the only one in Hartford County, to receive this distinction for providing nursing care to patients that is far above national standards. The legislators applauded the extraordinary and exemplary efforts of the nursing staff and the entire team at Bristol Hospital.
