    Governor Malloy and legislative Democrats have struck a budget deal which is expected to be unveiled today.

    It will include a number of tax increases on Connecticut’s already over-taxed working families, and do further damage to our economy, employers and job creation.

    My Republican colleagues in the House and Senate have advanced a budget that restores critical services WITHOUT RASING TAXES, and you can count on us to oppose these massive tax hikes.  But you can help us send a clear message to Governor Malloy and Democrats in the legislature.

    Please take a couple minutes today to briefly call their offices and let them know you’ve had enough of their tax hikes.

    Please be respectful and courteous, but let them know that you expect them to find a way to have government live within its means.
